Who we are

At Manatee Land Partners, we help landowners sell property with ease—whether its long-held family land, something you’ve outgrown, or land you’re simply ready to move on from. We specialize in straightforward, no-hassle transactions that get the job done.

We operate primarily in Mississippi, Alabama, Louisiana, and Georgia, but are based in Florida. We take pride in being American-owned and operated.

In 2025, we have purchased over 340 acres and provide parcels to investors, hunters, timber companies and families and perform minor land development, preparing homesteads.
